Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders generally take 7–10 working days for delivery.

COD orders may require additional processing and verification before dispatch.

Customers placing COD orders are requested to provide an active and reachable phone number so that our team or courier partner can contact them when required.

🚫 Failed Delivery

A delivery attempt may fail if:

• The customer refuses to accept the shipment

• The delivery location is not serviceable

• Multiple delivery attempts are unsuccessful

If a COD order is repeatedly refused or cannot be delivered because of customer-related reasons, future COD availability may be restricted.

Any applicable re-delivery or additional shipping charges may be payable by the customer.

📦 Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

• A defective product

• A product different from what you ordered

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

For such claims, we strongly recommend recording a clear, continuous unboxing video showing the package, shipping label, sealed condition, and the product as it is removed from the package.
